La adicción y el uso compulsivo del móvil está cambiando nuestra forma de relacionarnos y disfrutar del tiempo libre. Por otro lado, el ocio cada vez está más programado y direccionado hacia el consumo, también compulsivo y desmedido.

Por ello he decidido hacer un video que reflexione e invite a reflexionar sobre el consumo y el ocio programado.

¿Qué hacía mi abuela en su tiempo libre?

Conforme mi abuela reflexiona sobre su infancia y el consumo, siento añoranza y nostalgia de un tiempo que no he vivido.

Creo que es momento de plantear nuevas formas de ocio que no estén conectadas al consumo. Creo que hay que transformar las ciudades en espacios donde el tiempo libre pueda ser mejor aprovechado, vivido. De todas formas es increíblemente difícil luchar contra adicciones que el mismo estado y empresas promueven. Por ello está en nuestra mano hacernos conscientes de esto, en primer lugar y luego transformarlo.

The addiction and compulsive use of mobile phones is changing the way we relate to each other and enjoy free time. On the other hand, leisure is increasingly programmed and directed towards consumption, also compulsive and excessive.

That is why I have decided to make a video that reflects and invites you to reflect on consumption and scheduled leisure.

What did my grandmother do in her free time?

As my grandmother reflects on her childhood and consumption, I feel nostalgia for a time I have not lived.

I think it is time to propose new forms of leisure that are not connected to consumption. I believe that cities must be transformed into spaces where free time can be better used, lived. In any case, it is incredibly difficult to fight against addictions that the state and companies promote. That is why it is up to us to make ourselves aware of this, in the first place, and then transform it.
